International Shipments
All overseas shipments are sent via Federal Express priority overnight. These shipments typically take 1 or 2 days to arrive at the designated country and approximately 2 more days to clear customs. Please note that delivery times will vary by country.
Overseas shipments are $150 which includes insurance for the value of your purchase.
Your local customs agency will notify you upon the arrival of your package. Once all applicable duties are paid your package will be released and shipped to its final destination.
The GetDiamond Company is not responsible for any duties or VAT charged to you by your local customs agency. Please contact your local agency before placing an order since prices will vary according to country.
International Shipping charges are not refundable. On all international orders the billing address and shipping address must be the same.
Domestic Shipments

The GetDiamond Company accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card, Personal Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Certified Bank Check. All prices listed are in US dollars and all payments must be made in US dollars.
Credit Cards: In order to protect you, our customers, The GetDiamond Company has in place a number of security procedures to verify that the card is being used properly.
On International orders, and on some orders where we cannot verify your information independently, we will ask you to participate in a conference call with the issuing bank. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation in this process.
We may require that you fax or e-mail proof of address along with a copy of the front and back of your credit card.
Personal Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Certified Checks: Payments made by personal check, money orders, wire transfers or certified bank checks must be in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and bank checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks must have the customer’s name and address imprinted on the front of the check. Please note that when paying by personal check or wire transfer we cannot process your order until the funds clear our bank. This can take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your payment.
When paying by wire transfer, we must have bank confirmation that funds were received, and you are responsible for all wire transfer fees. (Please check with your bank about these fees.)
