Order confirmed
We confirm your order by email within 48 hours, with your order number and what is coming. That 48 hours is our confirmation window, not a shipping promise. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Picked and packed
Your items are picked and packed once the order is confirmed. Because the kit comes from our workshops in Maharashtra, this stage takes longer than a domestic warehouse would, and it is the main reason the total sits at 15–20 days.

In transit
Allow 15–20 days from order to delivery. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. Add 2–3 days if you have chosen the knocking-in service, and remember that service is a head start rather than a finished job.

Landed
Open the parcel and check it over. If something is wrong, get in touch with a photo and we will look at it. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed it comes back to us and we refund minus the freight.
